At Luxon Scents, we take care to ensure that every order is packaged securely and prepared with attention to detail before it is shipped to our customers.

Order Processing

Orders are processed after payment has been successfully completed. Processing times may vary depending on order volume, but we strive to prepare and ship orders as quickly as possible. Customers will be notified once their order has been shipped.

Shipping Responsibility

Once an order has been processed and handed over to the shipping carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the carrier. From that point forward, Luxon Scents is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or damages that may occur during transit.

Delivery Issues

If a package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, customers should contact the shipping provider directly to file a claim or request assistance. Shipping carriers are responsible for handling delivery-related concerns once the package is in their possession.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information when placing an order. Luxon Scents is not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
