Shipping Information – Luxon Scents

Order Processing

All orders are carefully packaged and prepared with attention to detail. Once your payment is confirmed, we process your order promptly. Customers will receive a notification when their order has been shipped.

Shipping Responsibility

Once an order leaves our facility and is in the hands of the shipping carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the carrier. Luxon Scents is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or damages that may occur during transit.

Delivery Times

Once your order has been processed, Luxon Scents will be carefully prepared and shipped. Delivery usually takes between 7–15 business days. We appreciate your patience and promise it will be worth the wait.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. Luxon Scents is not liable for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact the shipping provider directly to file a claim. Once the package is shipped, Luxon Scents cannot replace or refund products affected by shipping issues.
